- Biomedis Ireland disclaims all liability for any harm to a person's body, mind, or emotions to the purchaser and others.
- The buyer assumes all risks accompanying the use of any devices purchased from Biomedis Ireland and acknowledges their experimental nature.
- When using Biomedis devices with other people or living things, the buyer assumes all risks.
- The buyer acknowledges that the manufacturer's or seller's liability is limited to the replacement cost of the equipment.
- The buyer confirms they are of legal age and capacity and understands this agreement is legally binding.
- Before using any Biomedis Devices, the buyer agrees to read the instructions and user guide completely.
- Biomedis devices should not be used:
- By pregnant women
- By anyone who uses a cardiac pacemaker
- In relation to post-COVID-19 vaccination status due to lack of research
- Biomedis Bris Scanner and BRT treatment are complementary therapies only, not medical procedures.
CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are processed systematically and delivered via postal service. Delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on stock availability and location. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Orders are shipped after full payment. Shipping costs depend on your location. Tracking is available on the website.
GUARANTEE/WARRANTY/LIMITED LIABILITY
Devices are warranted for 6 months from receipt by the original buyer for manufacturing and material defects. Service life is estimated at 5 years, and may last longer with proper care.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage during use, storage, or shipment
- Natural disasters (fire, water, flood)
- Damage from bodily fluids, falls, or misuse
- Equipment from third parties
- Products with broken seals or tampering
Non-warranty repairs will incur charges. Contact info@bio-medis.com for authorization and instructions.
To request warranty/repair service:
- Your name
- Device name and serial number
- Contact information
- Description of issue and attempted solutions
- Photos or videos of the device
- Date of receipt from Biomedis Ireland
- Send to info@bio-medis.com with tracking number in the subject line
Devices are repaired in Moscow, Russia (may take 2 weeks to 2 months). The sender is responsible for delivery to the Irish service center. Include the original box, manual, and warranty card (without wires/accessories), and pack securely.
