8. The buyer personally assumes all risks accompanying their use of any devices purchased from Bio-Medis, and acknowledges the experimental nature of the devices.
9. While using any Biomedis devices with other people or any living things, the buyer takes full responsibility and risk.
10. The buyer acknowledges that the manufacturer’s or seller’s liability is limited to the replacement value of the equipment.
11. The buyer confirms they are of legal age, legally competent, and understands this agreement is legally binding.
12. Before using any Biomedis devices, the buyer agrees to read the complete instructions and user guide.
13. Biomedis devices should not be used:
    • By pregnant women
    • By anyone who uses a cardiac pacemaker
    • In relation to post-COVID-19 vaccination status, as no research has been conducted on such use
